The following reason why the good guy and the bad boy failed in all relationship has been well broken down in this post, i have written this post partly because i want the rest of us to know where we are at any part of a relationship and avoid falling into 
this relationship trap. So there we go:

The good guy situation is where a lady duly to some form of religious programming really loves a man but he is no fit a person for her to marry. what such lady finds out is that she needs to love the guy more and continue to pray and hope in patience that this guy will change, and at the end of the day it turns out that the guy would have feigned a changed person and eventually jilt the lady at the end. 

The Best Way To Avoid Is To Not Expect Anything From Anyone

She will not believe he would do this to her because this guy to her as changed and she thinks he is now a good guy all this while. 

The bad boy scenario is when a lady finds herself in relational problems which has to do with or has influence on a financial lack. 

At that point the bad guy learns about her problem then resort to discuss and dissolve her financial worries for her... she thinks him a nice guy even though she already heard that this guy is very good at repeating such generosity with any girl and that he has many female/girlfriends. Initially what happens is that this guy wouldn't want to go directly to talk to a girl who is financially constraint about starting a relationship so he assists in lifting off the constraint for her, her parents bills at the hospital. He finally proposed to her and now they are married. 

The girl may think that he will continue this act until when something else happens. she couldn't belief it the guy has changed.

well, my take on this is that the guy didn't really changed but unlike every other girl before they met she and only she is, now, his wife. He might not have planned on paying for all those bill for a long time or for him to change later in the marriage but now this problem does not stand has a threat to having her as his wife any longer because the whole deed as been done.
